Payment Terms and our Guarantee ...

For Baby Equipment Hire all items are to be paid cash on delivery. An advice note will be sent to you before your journey along with the conditions of hire which you will be required to read and sign upon arrival. Full payment will be required upon arrival at your destination. An invoice and receipt will be waiting for you upon delivery of the items.

Payments for optional extras such as nappies, baby food etc will also be required cash on delivery. A variable security deposit depending on items hired will be necessary which will be fully refunded at the end of the hire providing all equipment is returned in working and clean order and the conditions of hire adhered to. 

Delivery before you arrive can be arranged if access is available, but payment must be paid in full and received direct into our bank account before equipment can be released. This service is especially advantageous if you are arriving very late or very early and you require the equipment immediately.

We guarantee that our equipment is of high standard and is in good and clean working order. Full instructions can be given on how to operate any equipment if necessary.

You will be required to sign a hire agreement which has a disclaimer stating that you are fully aware of how to use the equipment and therefore waiver all rights in claiming for any possible injury or accident through misuse or abuse of the equipment.
